The 7th International Conference on Machine Learning and Intelligent Systems (MLIS 2025) will be held on November 24-26, 2025 in Hong Kong.

MLIS conference is convened annually to provide a platform for knowledge exchange of the most recent scientific and technological advances in the field of machine learning and intelligent systems, and to strengthen the links in the scientific community in related filed. MLIS 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 were held successfully with the support from National Dong Hwa University (NDHU), Keimyung University, Huaqiao University, Keimyung University and Faculty of Engineering and Green Technology (FEGT), Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman. The plenary session of MLIS2025 will include Keynote Speeches, Invited Speeches, Poster Presentations and Oral Presentations.

Hong Kong, officially the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (abbr. Hong Kong SAR or HKSAR), is a city and a special administrative region in China. Hong Kong is a highly prosperous free port and an international metropolis. Together with New York and London, it is known as the "Port of Nurem". It is the third largest financial center in the world. One of the freest economies and one of the most competitive cities, enjoys a high reputation in the world, and is ranked third in the world's first-tier cities by GAWC. Hong Kong is a place where Chinese and Western cultures blend, combining the wisdom of Chinese people with the advantages of Western social systems. Known for a clean government, good public order, a free economic system and a sound rule of law.
